The Bếp Teahouse, a beloved boba tea chain, is opening its first Atlanta store in Johns Creek on July 21st. We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top customer service, manage staff, and drive store performance.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
– Ensure health and safety regulations are met
– Manage inventory and store cleanliness
– Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints
– Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff
– Monitor financial performance and control costs
– Implement marketing strategies and engage with the local community
✅ Qualifications:
– Experience in food/beverage management
– Strong leadership and customer service skills
– Ability to manage and motivate a team
– Financial management proficiency
– Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
